We’re excited to welcome A Thyme For Lime to this year’s Mimosas in the Park. Owned and led by Chef Jessica Salazar, this catering business brings fresh, light, and flavorful bites to every event. Based in Basehor and Olathe, Kansas, Chef Jessica’s culinary journey started in Illinois and has taken her through restaurants, private events, and personal chef experiences across the Midwest.

With a degree in Culinary Management from the Art Institute of Chicago and hands-on training in everything from sushi to farm-to-table cooking, Jessica brings a wide range of skills and passion to her food. She launched A Thyme For Lime to offer memorable meals that go beyond the plate—focusing on quality ingredients, balanced flavors, and the joy of sharing food with others.
At her booth located at Vendor Row powered by Mallshark, guests can expect healthy, refreshing small bites made to complement a relaxing day outdoors. Whether you’re there for yoga, music, or shopping, A Thyme For Lime adds a thoughtful culinary experience to your time at the park.
